Q. What is the appropriate age for children to play at Jungle Boogie?
A. We cater to children1-6 years of age.
Q. How do I schedule a party?
A. You can or contact us and we will be happy to book your party for you! All Parties require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. Credit card or a cash deposit is accepted, no checks. The remaining balance is due the day of your party.
Q. How many guests can I invite to my party?
A. Depends on which birthday package you chose. Please see
Q. Do adults count towards my party guest total?
A. There is a count for adults and children attending the birthday party Check your jungle package counts towards your total.
Q. Can I bring my own food to my scheduled party?
A. Yes, you may bring your own food. Open Play Parties are EXCLUDED. No alcohol allowed.
Q. When should I give the final headcount for kids and adults?
A. We’ll call you 1-2 days prior to your party to confirm your head count. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to add additional kids, and/or other party options if you haven’t already.
Q. Who order the food for our party
A. Jungle Boogie staff will order the pizza from (Broadway pizza)
Q. Can you bring party supplies and/or decorations?
A. Yes, but please, no silly string, confetti, glitter or piñatas. To hang decorations on our walls in the party room, please use sticky tack or painters tape.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. If you need to cancel a party due to inclement weather or illness, we will reschedule for the next available date. Deposits are non-refundable.
Q. Do parents need to stay while their child(ren) play during open play?
A. YES! Open Play is parent-supervised, so parents or legal guardians are required to stay. Absolutely no drop-offs are allowed during Open Play. Also, parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility and liability for children while on the premises. Do not leave your child unattended.
Q. Can adults come alone?
A. No. You must be accompanied with children or joining a group already inside the playcenter, for the safety and security of the children.
Q. When should I arrive at my party?
A. We recommend that the birthday child arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party time. We also recommend that you put the start of the party time on the invitation for10-15 minutes prior to the actual start time of the party. We find that works best for getting the waiver collected, going over the safety rules, ensuring everyone has socks, and getting the maximum play time in the facility!
Q. Can my child play in the facility after the scheduled party time is over?
A. Unfortunately, due to other scheduled private parties, children are not allowed to re-enter the play area after their scheduled party due to other scheduled private parties.
Q. Are there any group discounts?
A. Absolutely! For groups of 10 or more, (licensed daycare groups, church groups, summer camps etc.) we offer a per child discount during open play time. Your group MUST check-in AT THE SAME TIME to receive this discount. If you are bringing a group larger than 45, we recommend that you call in advance to let us know that you are coming and to make sure that we can accommodate your group. You also have the option of reserving the entire facility for large groups. Please call us for more information about private rental.
Q. Why does everybody entering the Inflatable area have to remove their shoes and wear socks?
A. The primary reason is for sanitary and health reasons. Shoes can bring in dirt and bacteria. Socks are required to prevent spreading germs. We strive to provide a clean and healthy place for your child to play.
Q. What if I am late for my scheduled party time or my guests are late?
A. We understand that circumstances happen; however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we may be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, you will have less time in the play space and, possibly, the party room.
Q. Can we have a party during the week?
A. Yes, you can reserve for weekdays or weekends parties’

Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash. Sorry, no checks
Q: Do I have to book a party in advance?
A. Yes. We require reservations and a non-refundable deposit at least 10 days prior to the party. We recommend making your reservation as early as possible since we do book full on weekends.
Q. I put my deposit down on a party but now I would like to upgrade to a bigger package. Can I do this?
A. You may upgrade your party package at any time! Please contact us 763-205-2733 and we will be glad to help!
Q. Can I bring in a cake?
A. Only with a reserved birthday package. Cake or cupcakes are allowed with a reserved birthday package only.
Q. I would like to book a certain date for my party. How do I see if it is available?
A. Just choose a party package and date, and our system will show all available times pleases see
Q Can I bring my own play equipment?
A. No. All outside play equipment should be kept at home.
